We were called on to help two individuals whose hydroplanes were tipped over by strong winds in the Chutes-des-Passes area. Each aircraft, which weighed almost 2000 pounds, had to be pulled out and brought by helicopter to the nearest airport for repair. This next video clearly shows the pilot’s maneuver to lift the aircraft in the air.
